Your involvement in the supply chain process starts during the planning stage, where you collaborate with the Business Development team to align on sourcing strategies, budget considerations, and timelines. Throughout the supply chain lifecycle, you will maintain close contact with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to create a seamless process for hardware procurement and delivery of projects.
Your daily activities will include:
- Develop and assess supply chain planning and strategies.
- Monitor supply chain performance, budget, and risks, reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in discussions with partners and suppliers.
- Create documentation and presentations to communicate supply chain procedures.
- Oversee the procurement process, from requirements gathering to purchasing and delivery.
- Oversee export and shipment procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and capabilities to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with operations, development, and commercial teams to meet supply chain requirements and expectations.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers. You will be building a long-term relationship with them.
