In the role of Maritime IT specialist, you will be a key player in the preparation of Simulator hardware and software and the ongoing support of our advanced simulators used by maritime professionals globally. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our simulation systems.Your daily activities will be:
- Prepare simulation systems for deployment, including hardware and software setup.
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure simulators remain current and functional.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance reliability.
- Work closely with internal teams, including commercial, development, product management.
